Hi there, just wanted to thank you for the wonderful service I received today!! I needed a gift for a little girl for a birthday party on Saturday (today being Thursday). Thought I would shop online, as I am a busy working mother, and there is no way I could go shopping in a toy store without walking out with at least 2 extra toys!! After "shopping around" I found a couple of suitable gifts, but needed to know that I could get it by Friday (Saturday morning at the very latest!). One website wanted to charge over $17 for overnight delivery!! I called the number for out to play, and had to leave a message "here we go, they'll never get back to me " I thought. Anyway, less than 20 mins later, I get a call from a very helpful man, who tells me if I take your order now, you can have it this afternoon, (for the standard 6.50 charge) and it arrived at 3.30!! This is the best service I have ever received from a website - well done out to play, I've got some other birthdays coming up, I know where I'll be shopping!! cheers. -
